Week Three through Week Eight – It’s time to put your knowledge to work and learn by doing! Experience a blended learning of classroom training and practical application through call time.

Day One – Welcome to the Afni family! Let’s get your new career started with our Onboarding and HR teams!

Arrive at the site by 7:00 a.m. for a light breakfast with the Afni family!
Meet your fellow trainees, the HR team, and your Trainer.
Enjoy a guided tour, and learn more about your compensation, Afni’s policies, procedures, benefits, and more!
Let’s kick off your first day by getting your official Afni employee ID.
Afni hosts a lunch with the members of the training team so you can get to know the people behind your development.

Day Eight – Get to Know Our Progressive Leadership Team!

You'll have the chance to meet and learn from key members of our Progressive leadership team, gaining insights into our partnership. Lunch is on us!

Day 13 – First Live Phone Calls

Your debut with real customer interactions!

Day 18 – Lunch and Learn with Afni’s Executive Leadership!

Meet and interact with our executive leaders! Gain valuable insights about our global business model.

Day 41 – It’s your graduation day!

Congratulations! You've successfully completed your training journey and are now officially an Afni Insurance Service Specialist. We'll celebrate your accomplishments and the beginning of your career with Afni!
