Sportsfest 2025 highlights
The highly anticipated Sportsfest 2025 happened on October 5, 2025, at the Ateneo de Manila University L.S. Covered Court. For the first time, all the action happened in a single day, uniting employees from different teams and programs for a full day of friendly (and fierce) competition and fun.
From the moment the teams marched in during the parade of teams and muses, the excitement was undeniable.
The cheer dance competition kicked things off with high energy and sharp choreography that fired up the crowd. The basketball and volleyball games kept everyone on edge as eliminations and championships unfolded back-to-back. Meanwhile, the badminton courts were alive with intensity as players battled through men's and women's singles, doubles, and mixed doubles matches.
No Sportsfest would be complete without laughter and friendly rivalry in the fun games from the classic sack race and ball-and-calamansi relay to bean bag toss (cornhole) and the crowd-favorite tug of war. Every event brought cheers, teamwork, and memorable moments.
As the event wrapped up, we gathered for the awarding ceremony to celebrate both the winners and the spirit of camaraderie that makes Afni shine on and off the court. A big congratulations to all our winners and participants! Whether they played, cheered, or helped make the event happen, our teams' energy and team spirit made Sportsfest 2025 an unforgettable success.
