Senior Recruitment Marketing Manager

Position Purpose:

The Senior Recruitment Marketing Manager is responsible for developing strategic employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies to establish the future of Afni by attracting best talents.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Support the strategic marketing direction, spearhead brand communication development plan and initiate programs to support business growth to meet recruitment targets.
Promote employer brand / value proposition by managing presence in offline and online communities, platforms / channels
Manage job sites, career pages and social media presence in relation to careers and hiring
Activate recruitment and increase engagement through marketing events and campaigns to support TA strategy
Ensures sustainability and long-term viability of recruitment efforts through the formation of targeted communities, strong online presence, utilization of social media and other strategies related to employer branding.
Manage working relationships with other external providers and recruitment agencies.
Handle and manage team performance based on unit goals and targets.
Manage costs related to recruitment marketing and ensure adherence to budget

Requirements

Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
With at least 2 year(s) of solid work experience in the same position for BPO -- Call Center Industry
Ability to build strategic working relationships, to facilitate agreement with internal and external partners
Good and strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Highly creative and innovative
Recruitment sourcing background is a plus but not required.
Have good interpersonal skills and strong organizational skills
Willing to work on shifting hours
Willing to work in Quezon City (Commonwealth and SM Fairview)
