Business Intelligence Manager

Position Purpose:
The Business Intelligence Manager shall be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to Afni Phils' business intelligence deliverables. The role is responsible for overseeing the processes and analysts responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling and analysis. The Business Intelligence Manager will work closely with the Business Intelligence team to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Manages a team of analysts or developers who facilitate business intelligence processes and procedures development and implementation.
  • Responsible for leading the strategic design and maintenance of business intelligence applications.
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves complex technical problems.
  • Ensures that the use of business intelligence applications enhances business decision making capabilities.
  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
  • Develop and prepare strategies for Business Intelligence processes for organization.
  • Perform analysis on organization processes and provide appropriate results.
  • Prepare architecture for data, prepare strategies and provide business object solutions as per requirements.
  • Supervise efficient working of all Business Intelligence projects and analyze requirements and perform appropriate tests on same.
  • Administer projects, prepare updates and implement all phases for project to achieve all project objectives.
  • Analyze all complex data and identify requirements for business enhancement in project.
  • Coordinate with data generator and ensure compliance to all enterprise data model according to data standards.
  • Provide support to all business resources and monitor all requirements for various value-added service.
  • Work with process development and resource teams and prepare appropriate schedule.
  • Monitor work of Business Intelligence team and ensure effective implementation of all Information Technology projects to achieve all client objectives.
  • Manage all data for transactional sources and prepare effective reports.

Requirements

  • Have earned a Bachelor's/College Degree of any field.
  • Must have at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • BPO experience is highly preferred.
  • Must have experience in managing large accounts.
  • Have remarkable customer service skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Have strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Can resolve issues promptly.
  • Must have excellent MS Office and A-Plus skills.
  • Must have strong technology proficiency and excellent organizational skills.
  • Can handle high volume and wide variety or work within the confines of negotiated contracts.
  • Must be amenable to work shifting schedules.
  • Must be willing to work in Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City.
