Afni Launches Tucson Hiring Initiative for 200 Insurance Professionals

Afni today announced a major hiring initiative in Tucson as the company seeks to add approximately 200 insurance professionals to support continued growth across its insurance business.
The hiring effort includes a range of customer-facing, operational, and leadership opportunities designed to support increasing demand for insurance-related services. Among the roles Afni is recruiting for are 60 licensed insurance sales agents. To help expand access to these career opportunities, Afni will provide training and cover the cost of insurance licensing for qualified candidates, creating a pathway for individuals to enter and grow within the insurance industry.
In addition to front-line insurance professionals, Afni is recruiting team leaders, supervisors, managers, and other operational leaders who will support employee development and help drive continued growth in its Tucson operation.
