What Will I Do as a Sales and Customer Service Representative?
Do you enjoy helping people while also achieving sales goals? As a Sales and Customer Service Representative at our Tucson call center, you’ll deliver the best of both worlds — solving customer issues and recommending the right products or services to meet their needs.
In this inbound role, you’ll take calls from existing and potential customers, answer questions, provide support, and introduce solutions that add value. You’ll help resolve billing issues, assist with service changes, and guide customers toward upgrades or new offerings when appropriate. With paid training, you’ll be fully prepared to represent a top national brand and create positive, results-driven conversations.

What are the qualifications to be a Sales and Customer Service Representative at Afni?
- At least six months of sales and/or customer service experience
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- A problem-solver with a persuasive, consultative approach
- Comfortable multitasking across systems and screens
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
