What Will I Do as a Multilingual Customer Service Representative?
Do you speak multiple languages and enjoy helping people? As a Multilingual Customer Service Representative at our Tucson call center, you'll use your language skills to assist a diverse range of customers — providing support, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience across every interaction.
In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls on behalf of a nationally recognized brand, assisting customers in English and at least one additional language. You might help with account questions, billing concerns, product support, or general inquiries. Your ability to communicate clearly across languages will help bridge gaps and build trust. Don’t worry — we provide paid training to prepare you for every type of call.

What are the qualifications to be a Multilingual Customer Service Representative at Afni?
- Fluent in English and at least one other language
- At least six months of customer service or communication experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized while on calls
