What Will I Do as an Inbound Customer Service Representative?

In this inbound role, you’ll take calls from customers who need assistance with their accounts, billing questions, service updates, or product information. You’ll listen closely, provide accurate information, and ensure that each customer feels heard and valued. What are the qualifications to be an Inbound Customer Service Representative at Afni?
- At least six months of customer service experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to stay calm, friendly, and professional on every call
- Comfortable working with multiple computer systems
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
