What Will I Do as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative?
Are you compassionate, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference in people’s lives? As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative in one of our Tucson call center jobs, you’ll assist patients and members with questions about their health plans, medical bills, prescriptions, and more.
In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls on behalf of a major healthcare provider or insurance company. You’ll help callers understand their benefits, schedule appointments, update account details, and navigate claims or billing questions. You’ll be a trusted guide during moments that matter — and we’ll set you up for success with paid training before you take your first call.

What are the qualifications to be a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at Afni?
- At least six months of customer service or healthcare-related experience
- Strong communication skills with empathy and patience
- Comfortable working with confidential information (HIPAA training provided)
- Ability to navigate computer systems while speaking with callers
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
