What are the qualifications to be a Call Center Customer Loyalty Representative at Afni?
- At least six months of customer service or retention experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A positive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to remain calm, focused, and solutions-oriented under pressure
