What Will I Do as a Bilingual Support Specialist?
As a Bilingual Support Specialist at Afni, you’ll be instrumental in providing outstanding support to our customers in both English and Spanish. You will assist with troubleshooting, resolving issues, and answering questions across various platforms. Whether you're handling technical difficulties, helping with product information, or offering general assistance, you’ll ensure that our customers feel heard, valued, and supported. Your bilingual skills will allow you to offer seamless service to a diverse range of clients.

What are the qualifications to be a Bilingual Support Specialist at Afni?
- Fluency in both English and Spanish. You’ll be assisting customers in both languages.
- Six months of customer service or technical support experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
