What Will I Do as a Bilingual Customer Support Representative?

What are the qualifications to be a Bilingual Customer Support Representative at Afni?
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- At least six months of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized while assisting customers
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
