What Will I Do as a Bilingual Customer Success Representative?
Are you fluent in English and Spanish and passionate about helping others thrive? As a Bilingual Customer Success Representative at our Tucson call center, you’ll be the trusted connection between the customer and the brand — ensuring satisfaction, providing solutions, and helping customers get the most out of their services.
In this role, you’ll handle inbound calls from customers in both English and Spanish. You’ll offer support with account questions, resolve issues, and proactively guide customers toward long-term satisfaction. This isn’t just about solving problems — it’s about building relationships. We’ll provide paid training to help you understand our systems and develop the skills needed to deliver an excellent customer experience every time.

What are the qualifications to be a Bilingual Customer Success Representative at Afni?
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- At least six months of customer service experience
- Strong communication, empathy, and listening skills
- A positive attitude and solutions-first mindset
