What Will I Do as a Bilingual Client Engagement Specialist?

As a Bilingual Client Engagement Specialist at Afni, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients in both English and Spanish. What are the qualifications to be a Bilingual Client Engagement Specialist at Afni?

• Fluency in both English and Spanish. You’ll be assisting clients in both languages.
• Six months of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to engage with clients and address their concerns effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
