What are the qualifications to be a Bilingual Call Center Representative at Afni?

• Fluency in both English and Spanish. You’ll be assisting customers in both languages.
  
  
• Six months of customer service experience preferred.
  
  
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  
  
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications while assisting customers.
  
  
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions.
  
  
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
  
  
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  
  
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
