Talent Acquisition Assistant

Afni is hiring a Talent Acquisition Assistant to manage day-to day front office responsibilities and contribute to the success of the Talent Acquisition Team by assisting with various recruiting administrative tasks. The Talent Acquisition Assistant is expected to have a high level of organizational and interpersonal skills; and will be responsible for greeting visitors, completing varied clerical tasks and interacting with applicants to assure a positive candidate experience.

What you will be doing:

Office/Front Desk responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and applicants with friendliness and professionalism.
  • Manage the visitor sign in log.
  • Answering incoming calls and transfer calls to the appropriate person/department. Relaying all emergency messages.
  • Assisting new and incumbent employees with ID badges and security access cards.
  • General site-level administrative support
Talent Acquisition responsibilities:
  • Use the Applicant Tracking System (ADP), contact candidates in various stages of the application process to schedule interviews and follow-up regarding onboarding and start dates.
  • Manage and communicate interview schedules with operations business partners.
  • Manage the employee referral processes by tracking, promoting, and recommending new approaches.
  • Review and determine rehire eligibility.
  • Manage START e-mail and voicemails daily.
  • Support Talent Acquisition program development and identify recommendations to continuously improve the recruitment processes and the tools used to meet goals.

Requirements

What you will need:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Six months or more of HR, recruitment, administrative, or related experience.
  • Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Strong customer focus and effective use of a consultative approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.
  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which requirements constantly change.
