Subrogation Quality Specialist

The Subrogation Quality Specialist is primarily responsible for completing monthly audits for the Auto, Property, Arbitration, UM and other Support Teams. The incumbent evaluates, reviews and documents files to ensure internal and client expectations are met. The Subrogation Quality Specialist will perform ACM coaching sessions with agents and provide supplemental training to meet quality goals.

What you will be doing:

  • Complete audits on all subrogation teams to achieve quality goals and compliance client with service level agreements.
  • Performs trend and root-cause analysis, formulates recommendations and initiates change with the goal of improving team performance.
  • Reviews new or updated documents to ensure the material complies with Afni's internal policies and procedures. The documentation includes client specifics and recovery support job instructions. If discrepancies are observed provides a report outlining the discrepancy and propose solution(s) to address the discrepancy.
  • Coordinate the implementation and ongoing management of Afni and client programs including SharePoint site maintenance, new client system set-up, staff system training, and general trouble shooting.
  • Maintains and updates a log of quality related issues that have been identified and tracks progress towards implementing the solution.

Requirements

What you will need:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years subrogation experience required.
  • Proven leadership, motivational and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of SharePoint, Excel, Word and Outlook. Typing 45 wpm.
  • Possess strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated exemplary written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Responds to internal and external requests in a timely manner and work to deliver quality service.
  • Seeks clarification for unclear or missing information.
