Pega Lead System Architect

We are growing rapidly and looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect to join our team. This role work closely with our business units and other IT teams, onshore and offshore. This role will oversee application development and technical architecture design. She/he need to have a strong understanding of the Pega 7/8 platform and demonstrated experience in hands-on solution architecture and end-to-end application design.

What you will be doing:

  • Drive design and development for major components of focused solutions
  • Ensure delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices as defined by the team/organization
  • Contribute to best practice definitions
  • Analyze, identify and log enhancements/bugs
  • Maintain work status across projects
  • Lead and participate in Agile teams
  • Execute other responsibilities and key result areas as assigned

Requirements

What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years' experience of Architecture and Design of complex applications.
  • Pega LSA certification strongly preferred or in process of obtaining.
  • Experience in object-oriented programming
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and CSS concepts
  • Good understanding of call center, collection operations and insurance claims management.
  • Working experience on Pega OOTB features
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Visual Studio Team Services
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Possess an advanced understanding of PRPC V7/8 tools and leads development activities
  • Experience creating frameworks and enterprise wide applications
  • Strong object-oriented design and implementation experience
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Committed to continues learning and development
  • Preferred local or relocate, open for remote locations within current time zone
