Lead Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer

The Lead RPA Developer is responsible for optimizing and maintaining the company's robotic process automation investments, and the corresponding RPA assignments. The Lead RPA Developer: increases the end user productivity through automation; utilizes artificial intelligence (AI), RPA methodologies, and other cognitive services to create virtual assistants within our customer programs; builds a centrally managed process pipeline; sets up RPA vendors; analyzes automation costs and automation program performance; designs cloud-based solutions; conducts code reviews of team members’ coding; reviews performance of team members; and works in an Agile environment to align the company's strategic automation priorities.

100% telecommuting is permitted from anywhere in the following states: Florida, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Nebraska, South Carolina, Utah, Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.

100% telecommuting is permitted from homes within 60 miles of the following cities: Opelika, Alabama; Bloomington, Illinois; Bowling Green Kentucky; and Tucson.

100% telecommuting is permitted from homes in Cleveland, Ohio and Brecksville, Ohio.

Requirements

Required Education: bachelor’s degree in Computer science, or the foreign equivalent, or a related field.

Required Experience: 1 year of experience as a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer, Software Engineer, or related position

Required Skills: 1 year experience using Agile DevOps to build, test, and release software for increased automation; 1 year experience using RPA tools, including UiPath, to design automated cloud solutions; 1 year experience using cloud-based technologies, including Microsoft Azure; 2 years’ experience using structured programming techniques, including object-oriented development to event driven development; 2 years’ experience using application development languages, including .NET, C#, JavaScript [examples: Java, Python, C++, R] to create business intelligence solutions.
