Qualifications:
- Amenable to work and be assigned onsite in SM Sta. Rosa
- Amenable to report on a shifting schedule (70-80% night)
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Political Science, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required language: English.
- At least 2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Relevant experience as an HR Specialist (Generalist).
- Solid background in all HR facets and other management functions.
- Highly customer-service oriented.
- Strong employee engagement skills.
