Forecasting / Scheduling Analyst

Afni is hiring a Forecasting/Scheduling Analyst (FTL Analyst) who will produce and deliver useful, accurate, and timely information and recommendations to internal and external customers while building productive internal and external relationships. Incumbent incorporates the use of advanced technology to measure, evaluate and report performance thus reducing operational risks through improved planning and execution. The FTL Analyst provides other sites with Resource Management support as needed. This position will require professional and effective communication and interaction with both client and site Operations team.

What you will be doing:

  • Updates, analyzes and matches FTL staffing/contact/performance levels. Proactively communicates with Philippines Resource Management/Operations and clients on any changes needed.
  • Produce and deliver useful, accurate and timely information for CCS sites, their customers and other support departments for improved CCS organizational, service and financial performance.
  • Maintain and complete special scheduling request -- including shift bids.
  • Conduct and attend calls with Operations/RM/training and HR and other departments to discuss FTL staffing plans including hiring plans.
  • Provide RMG support through fulfilling client requests and proactively communicate to clients with pertinent solutions/information.
  • Analyze inefficiencies for the center. Communicates trends and recommendations to Operations Management. Ensures data is aligned correctly in eWFM, eRP and Cisco systems for each Consultant, analyzes differences, and makes recommendations and corrections as needed.
  • Proactively communicates CCS metrics and recommendations for action to Resource Management, Operations Management and/or clients. Works with Operations Management to deliver defined Resource Management Process and Procedure.
  • Proactively communicate performance issues to Operations while providing solutions. Communicates with Philippines Resource Management, Operations, ITS, HR, Finance and Training.

Requirements

What you will need:
  • A high school diploma required. Some post-secondary education preferred.
  • Six to twelve months of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
  • Proven working experience of Resource Management software is preferred.
  • Proven experience using Microsoft Office products is required.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with shifting priorities is required.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills are required.
  • Must be able to work a flexible/dependable schedule
