Facilities Technician (for Sta. Rosa)
Position: The Facilities Technician will report directly to the Facilities Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Site Facilities Manager Carries out scheduled maintenance work.
- Supervises Preventive Maintenance work to be conducted by Vendors Fixes minor electrical issues within the building.
- Repairs or cleans indoor AC units.
- Support Operations on area setup.
- Install electronic equipment on set up areas work with the PMO team during Fit Outs Provide reports on daily activity.
- Perform troubleshooting and repair on Facility equipment Work closely with the building admin for ingress and egress and submitting gate passes and work permits.
- Work with the Building Admin for storage and parking lease Vendor coordination.
- Other tasks as instructed by the Facilities Manager.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3 years hands on experience on related engineering field
- Vocational Diploma/Certificate on Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics. Bachelor's degree, or registered license preferred.
- Verbal and written English communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in QC / Sta Rosa.
