Diversity & Compliance Analyst

Afni is hiring a Diversity and Compliance Analyst who provides support to diversity and inclusion initiatives and strategies. In this role, you will support leadership in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion programing and compliance. Additionally, you will work to develop and implement internal audits in the areas of diversity and inclusion and general human resources compliance.

What you will be doing:

Diversity and Inclusion 50% of work time

  • Coordinating Diversity and Inclusion strategies globally including plans, programs, events and initiatives in collaboration with leadership;
  • Provide oversight and support to D&I Councils, EIG’s and ERG’s globally;
  • Assisting in development and design of impactful global diversity programming;
  • Establishing project plans, deliverables and timelines for execution of activities and events;
  • Supporting program requirements including logistics and communications;
  • Supporting centralized repository of diversity tools, resources and calendar;
  • Assisting with the planning and facilitation of diversity training and other learning tools;
  • Assisting with communication & marketing materials, including social media content for events and programs;
  • Conducting diversity audits and surveys;
  • Review ethics, EEO and DOL filings and assist leadership in investigations and responses;
  • Review ADA accommodation requests and assist leadership in investigations and responses.

Internal HR Audits and Reporting 50% of work time

  • Implement policies and procedures developed by leadership based on audit findings and compliance needs;
  • Prepare audit reports to document audit scope, procedures, findings, and recommendations. Interpret the significance of audit findings, draw conclusions from findings, and make practical recommendations for remediation;
  • Develops annual internal audit plan based on internal audit requirements developed by HR leadership;
  • Enhance and maintain the configuration of HR systems to ensure efficient business process automation;
  • Conduct analysis and produce human resources reports to enable decision making, strategic planning and improvement of outcomes for the business and associates;
  • Provide training to end users as needed.


Requirements

What you will need:

  • Associate's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two to four years of related experience in HR, marketing, audit, project/process management, and/or business process management.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience collecting and analyzing complex data, evaluating information and systems and drawing logical conclusions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to detail are required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills (negotiation, team-building, positive thinking, can-do attitude, and job flexibility).
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with Microsoft Visio and Project preferred.
  • Demonstrated presentation skills.
