Afni Will Hire 86 Customer Service Reps at $12.00 Per Hour for its Operations in Bowling Green, KY

BOWLING GREEN, KENTUCKY – Afni will add 86 Customer Service Representatives to its contact center in Bowling Green, KY in support of a new premier-brand client in the retail industry. The company plans to hire 86 new employees by the end of the year and is hosting a Hiring Open House on July 9 & 10, 2018 for interested candidates. Successful candidates will receive job offers the same day.

The Afni Bowling Green contact center is under new management with Troy Fitzpatrick as its new Center Director and Ronda Haley as Human Resources Manager. The center has been recently renovated to feature modern work spaces.

Afni customer service representatives will partake in two weeks of paid training then join a team helping people who reach out over the phone with billing questions, account or service requests, want to buy new products or services, or to get general information.
