What Will I Do as a Service Quality Specialist?

As a Service Quality Specialist at Afni, you’ll help ensure that our teams deliver consistent, high-quality service to customers. You will monitor interactions, review performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement. Whether you're providing feedback, supporting training initiatives, or helping enhance customer experience processes, your focus will be on maintaining excellence across every customer touchpoint.

What are the qualifications to be a Service Quality Specialist at Afni?

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Six months of call center, quality assurance, or customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to evaluate interactions and provide clear, constructive feedback.

• High attention to detail and ability to identify areas of improvement.

• Comfort working with multiple systems and reviewing performance metrics.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
