What Will I Do as a Multilingual Support Specialist?

As a Multilingual Support Specialist at Afni, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients in multiple languages. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide information across a variety of topics, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Your role will involve making every customer interaction a positive and helpful experience, ensuring clients feel valued and supported in their preferred language.

What are the qualifications to be a Multilingual Support Specialist at Afni?

• Fluency in at least two languages. You will be assisting customers in multiple languages.
  
  
• Six months of customer service experience preferred.
  
  
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  
  
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications while assisting customers.
  
  
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions.
  
  
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
  
  
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  
  
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
