What Will I Do as an Insurance Customer Service Representative?

Whether they’re filing a claim, updating their policy, or needing clarification on their benefits, you’ll deliver accurate information and peace of mind. What are the qualifications to be an Insurance Customer Service Representative at Afni?
- At least six months of customer service experience
- Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
- Ability to explain technical information in a simple and friendly way
