What Will I Do as a Customer Solutions Specialist?

What are the qualifications to be a Customer Solutions Specialist at Afni?

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

• Six months of customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to assess customer needs and offer effective solutions.

• Comfort navigating multiple computer applications while assisting customers.

Requirements
