What Will I Do as a Customer Satisfaction Specialist?

As a Customer Satisfaction Specialist at Afni, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers have positive experiences throughout their interactions with us. Whether you're addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, or following up on customer feedback, your mission is to ensure every customer feels heard, supported, and satisfied with the service they receive. You’ll help identify opportunities to improve satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships with each interaction.

What are the qualifications to be a Customer Satisfaction Specialist at Afni?

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

• Six months of customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

• Comfort navigating multiple computer applications while assisting customers.

• A solutions-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
