What are the qualifications to be a Customer Retention Specialist at Afni?
- Six months of customer service, sales, or retention experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications while assisting customers.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet retention goals.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
