What Will I Do as a Customer Onboarding Specialist?
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Afni, you’ll guide new customers through the setup and onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive start to their experience. Whether you're helping customers understand their services, walking them through account setup, or answering initial questions, your focus will be on creating a welcoming and supportive environment. You’ll play a key role in building trust early on and ensuring customers feel confident, informed, and fully supported from day one.

What are the qualifications to be a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Afni?

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

Six months of customer service experience preferred.

Ability to explain processes and guide customers with clarity and patience.

Comfort navigating multiple computer applications while assisting customers.

A solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Requirements
