What are the qualifications to be a Customer Experience Strategist at Afni?

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Six months of customer service, quality assurance, or process-improvement experience preferred.

• Ability to identify customer experience trends and recommend actionable improvements.

• Comfort working with multiple systems and reviewing data.

• High attention to detail and a strategies-focused mindset.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
