What Will I Do as a Client Services and Support Representative?

As a Client Services and Support Representative at Afni, you will be at the core of delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on our products and services. You’ll be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently, and providing them with a positive, solution-oriented experience.

What are the qualifications to be a Client Services and Support Representative at Afni?

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  
  
• Six months of customer service experience preferred.
  
  
• Ability to assist clients in resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
  
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-focused mindset.
  
  
• Ability to work with multiple computer applications while providing support.
  
  
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
  
  
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  
  
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
