What Will I Do as a Client Relationship Representative?

As a Client Relationship Representative at Afni, you’ll play an important role in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Whether you're assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, or providing updates, your focus will be on creating a positive, trust-based experience. You will serve as a dependable point of contact, ensuring customers feel valued, supported, and confident in the services they receive.

What are the qualifications to be a Client Relationship Representative at Afni?

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

• Six months of customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.

• Comfort navigating multiple computer applications while assisting customers.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide effective and timely solutions.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
