What Will I Do as a Client Engagement Representative?

As a Client Engagement Representative at Afni, you’ll be key in ensuring an exceptional customer experience by fostering positive relationships with our clients. Whether you’re answering inquiries, providing product or service information, or resolving issues, your role is to create a seamless and positive experience that keeps customers engaged and satisfied. You’ll help us create lasting connections by making sure each client feels heard, valued, and supported.

What are the qualifications to be a Client Engagement Representative at Afni?

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  
  
• Six months of customer service experience preferred.
  
  
• Ability to engage with clients in a professional and personable manner.
  
  
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer applications while assisting clients.
  
  
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions.
  
  
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
  
  
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  
  
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
