What Will I Do as a Call Center Performance Specialist?

As a Call Center Performance Specialist at Afni, you’ll play a key role in supporting and improving the performance of our call center teams. You’ll assist with monitoring call quality, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing feedback to help agents deliver exceptional customer service. Whether you're evaluating performance metrics, ensuring process accuracy, or helping agents succeed, you’ll contribute directly to creating outstanding customer experiences.

What are the qualifications to be a Call Center Performance Specialist at Afni?

• Strong verbal communication and coaching skills.

• Six months of call center or customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to evaluate performance metrics and provide constructive feedback.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing calls and processes.

• Ability to manage multiple systems and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
