What are the qualifications to be a Call Center Client Care Specialist at Afni?

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  
  
• Six months of customer service experience preferred.
  
  
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications while assisting clients.
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide quick solutions.
