As a Bilingual Service Support Associate at Afni, you’ll be integral in delivering exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. Whether you’re assisting with account inquiries, troubleshooting issues, or providing solutions, your focus will be on ensuring that every interaction is positive and solution-driven. You’ll help customers feel heard and valued, while delivering outstanding support in both languages.

What are the qualifications to be a Bilingual Service Support Associate at Afni?

• Fluency in both English and Spanish. You’ll be assisting customers in both languages.
  
  
• Six months of customer service experience preferred.
  
  
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  
  
• Ability to navigate multiple computer applications while assisting customers.
  
  
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and provide solutions.
  
  
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
  
  
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
  
  
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
