Afni is hiring a Training Coordinator to join our U.S. training organization and work from our contact centers in Tucson, AZ. In this role, you'll make sure our training curriculum and training delivery meet our standardized guidelines, coordinate the timeliness and completeness of supplemental training, and work with our Operations team to schedule training classes.

As an Afni Training Coordinator, you'll:

  • Help our trainers improve their skills by evaluating their training delivery and providing meaningful feedback.
  • Keep the training team updated on the topics and information they need to conduct effective training classes.
  • Partner with our contact center Project Coaches to align with employee performance and calibrate training with the actual work environment. Building strong collaborative partnerships with our operations team is important to a successful Training Coordinator here.
  • Seek out and use organizational feedback on training effectiveness to improve training curriculum and delivery and provide meaningful updates to our support teams.
  • Work with our workforce planning, operations management, and recruiting teams to plan and bring to fruition training ramp plans and schedules that meet our clients' requests.

Bring it. You're qualified if you:

  • Have earned a high school diploma or GED. Post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Have more than 3 years' experience in training delivery leadership. Extra credit if that experience was in a contact center environment.
  • Have been directly involved in curriculum development projects.
  • Understand and can speak in detail to the Instruction System Design (ISD) process.
  • Have excellent skills with MS Office, flow charting, and project management software.
  • Can demonstrate experience leading multiple projects and teams to bring projects through implementation on time.
  • Have a natural ability to look for and implement solutions that improve performance.
  • Communicate well, can positively resolve conflict, build consensus, and know how to plan things out.
  • Have a naturally positive attitude.
  • Are a problem-solver with a genuine desire to help people be successful.
  • Can work on more than one thing at a time and know how to prioritize.
  • Are ready to be part of a team and contribute to Afni's success.
  • Can pass a criminal background check.
  • Are at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the U.S.
