Afni is hiring a Site Staffing Specialist that provides assistance and organization to the overall staffing needs of one of our Tucson contact centers. As a Site Staffing Specialist, you will contact candidates, manage the interview schedule,  and extend conditional offers of employment.  As part of the Human Resources Department, the Site Staffing Specialist must maintain confidentiality around sensitive personal information and act within accordance of HR hiring practices and the agreements Afni has in place with its clients.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain the site interview schedule by ensuring enough slots are open at the appropriate times.
  • Contact applicants via phone, email or SMS at various points in the hiring process.
  • Conduct interviews based on established interview guides.
  • Make hiring decision and extend conditional offers of employment.
  • Track and report daily on number of assessments, interviews, etc.
  • Assist HR in miscellaneous tasks related to the hiring process, including the completion of mass hire while adhering to all Afni hiring practices and guidelines.
  • Assist applicants through the hiring selection process.
  • Basic troubleshooting of assessment hardware and software--report issues promptly, if necessary.
  • Provide coverage for the front desk reception area as needed.

Requirements

What you will need:
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1 year of previous recruiting /staffing experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and make sound and prompt hiring decisions
  • Interact well within a team environment
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and shift priorities effectively
  • Responds to internal and external requests in a timely manner and work to deliver quality service
  • Communicates clearly and logically using appropriate written and oral techniques
  • Seeks clarification for unclear or missing information
  • Consistently demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated reasoning and problem solving abilities
