Afni is hiring a Learning Specialist to join our U.S. training organization and work from our contact center in Bowling Green, KY. In this role, you'll make sure our training curriculum and training delivery meet our standardized guidelines, coordinate the timeliness and completeness of supplemental training, and work with our Operations team to schedule training classes.

As an Afni Learning Specialist, you'll:

  • Serve as time management expert (planning, allocating, setting goals, delegation, analysis of time spent, observing, organizing, scheduling, and prioritizing).
  • Map out training plans and schedules, design and develop training programs for corporate, HR training and call center staff. Choose appropriate training methods per case (virtual, simulated, mentoring, on the job, professional development classes, etc).
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs; Gather feedback from trainers and learners after each class.
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment. Maintain and update training database and training records.
  • Research and recommend new training methods and creative learning techniques.

What you will need:

  • High School Diploma required, Post-Secondary education preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience Supervising Trainers and Leading multiple Training projects in a call center environment.
  • Understanding of the Instructional System Design (ISD) process
  • Exemplary oral and written communication, planning, organization, leading, coordination, and coaching.
  • Design, organize, coordinate, and evaluate training activities and curriculum
  • Create and analyze statistical reports, Data collection and Trainer evaluation
  • Demonstrated Leadership and Customer Service behavior
  • Understanding and facilitating Adult Learning Techniques
  • Experience in conflict resolution/negotiation, team consensus building is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, flowcharting and project management software is required.
