Afni is hiring entry-level Customer Service Representatives to help our clients' customers with service requests when they contact our call center.

Although this is a customer service position, you'll also up-sell and cross-sell products and services to customers.

  • Build connections and trust with customers.
  • Identify customer needs.
  • Review and update accounts.
  • Help customers find and purchase the best products and services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly retention and up-sell goals.

Requirements

Bring it. You're qualified if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old.
  • Have a high school diploma or GED.
  • Are legally eligible to work in the United States.
  • Can use a computer and navigate the web.
  • Have a naturally positive attitude.
  • Love to help people.
  • Are ready to be part of a team and contribute to Afni's success.
  • Can pass a criminal background check.
