Under direct supervision, the Project Manager is responsible for overseeing various system/business projects of a highly complex nature. The incumbent is responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, control and closure of assigned projects. Must ensure resources, scope, time and quality are managed in alignment with the external project environment (inside and outside of the company). Additional responsibilities are related to communication, management of costs, risks, ensuring that needs are met.

Responsibilities:

* Manage projects through all phases, from planning through implementation, to successful completion (on time and within budget). Manages Afni personnel and clients on project teams.
* Provide specifically identified services to department personnel in project management role as needed.
* Perform high-level analysis and/or quality assurance for assigned projects and those subject to Project Management oversight.
* Integrate project results with production and other projects.
* Develop, align, implement and maintain CCS processes especially as affected changes relate to service delivery and service support.

Requirements

* A four year college degree or 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.
* Project Management certification is required or must be attained.
* Excellent presentations skills are required.
* Previous experience in formal education/training in management topics is required.
* General knowledge of all aspects of call center operations, including staffing, training, and performance management is required.
* Knowledge of Afni business units and processes is highly desired.
* Knowledge of call center technology topics is highly desired.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills (negotiation, team-building, positive thinking, can-do attitude, and job flexibility).
* Ability to coach and develop subordinates effectively is required.
* Demonstrated strong written, verbal, organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to manage project in a multi-project environment is required.
* Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
* Demonstrated reasoning and problem solving abilities.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Demonstrated ability to deal with issues of a sensitive nature.
