For the second consecutive year, Training Magazine has announced Afni is among its Training Top 125 of 2014. The award ranks companies’ efforts and results in training and development programs. Afni improved its position from #110 in 2013 to #33 in 2014. “We love being part of such a prestigious industry ranking,” said Shayne Farrell, Vice President of U.S. Operations. “Improving our position from #110 in 2013 to #33 in 2014 demonstrates the investment in and results that come from an unwavering focus on employee development.” In its fourteenth year, the Training Top 125 ranking considers a number of factors that measures the scope and effectiveness of training programs, innovation, commitment of resources, and annual hours of training per employee. “The 2104 Training Top 125 winners did a stellar job of proving their training effectiveness with concrete results that helped achieve corporate strategic goals,” said Lorri Freifeld, editor-in-chief of Training magazine in a press release on the magazine’s website. “They demonstrated an organization-wide commitment to and passion for training that is to be commended.” Read more about the Top 125 of Training.
